Terms & Conditions

• Payment — Work starts after a 50% down payment; the remaining 50% is due before the final files are delivered. Full payment upfront is also welcome.

• Deliverables — Each package includes the final artwork of the selected option in standard formats (AI, PDF, JPG, transparent PNG, or source files where applicable).

• Timeline — The stated turnaround is production time only. It starts once the brief and required materials are received, and excludes discussion and revision time.

• Revisions — Revisions beyond the included quota are billed at 15% of the package fee per round. Major changes that deviate from the approved brief are treated as new work.

• Client materials — The client provides all necessary information, content, and assets before work begins; delays in providing them extend the timeline accordingly.

• Approval & handover — Final source files are released after the client approves the result and the invoice has been paid in full.

• Ownership — Full ownership and usage rights transfer to the client after final payment. Any fonts, stock, or third-party assets remain under their own licenses.

• Cancellation — The down payment is non-refundable once production has started, as it covers work already done.

• Content responsibility — The client is responsible for the legality of the content provided. Material that violates ethics or Indonesian internet law (pornography, hate speech, spam, or other offenses) will not be produced.

• Portfolio — The finished work may be showcased as part of a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
