• Designed and built Chatku, an omnichannel support chat (Fastify, TypeScript, Next.js, Socket.IO, Redis, BullMQ) that unifies WhatsApp, Telegram, web chat, and Instagram into one real-time dashboard, handling 1,871 customer conversations in its last two months, with Redis-backed locks that prevent two agents replying to the same customer.
• Built a Proxmox management panel (AdonisJS, TypeScript, React) that manages 150+ Proxmox nodes running 3,000+ VMs and containers, with role-based access, two-factor login, real-time task progress over WebSockets, in-browser consoles, and collision-safe IP/port allocation.
• Built an uptime-monitoring service covering 200+ servers that sends automatic Discord alerts, so outages are caught before clients report them.
• Developed custom WHMCS modules and hooks integrating cPanel, Proxmox, LXD, and local payment gateways through their APIs.
